Responsibilities include staffing oversight, adherence to quality control protocols, and optimizing operational efficiency. By maintaining these standards and providing exceptional customer service, you will guarantee that each customer enjoys The Ultimate Car Wash Experience. Previous management experience is preferred.
Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager role at one of our facilities is a pivotal position, second only to the manager. Your primary responsibility is to support daily operations and act as the manager in their absence. Your objective is to ensure proper staffing across all areas, maintain adherence to quality control standards, and optimize operational efficiency consistently. By upholding these responsibilities and delivering exceptional customer service, you play a crucial role in ensuring every customer receives The Ultimate Car Wash Experience. Previous management experience is preferred.
Customer Service Attendant (CSA)
As a Customer Service Attendant at G2 Express Car Wash, your mission is to deliver a safe, fast, clean, and friendly experience to our customers. You will help maintain the cleanliness and safety of our space-themed facility, ensuring a stellar environment for our patrons. This role involves standing and working outdoors, along with performing various tasks throughout the day to support our cosmic crew.
Detailer
At G2 Express Car Wash, our cutting-edge facility features an express detail shop offering comprehensive vehicle cleaning services. We're seeking detail-oriented individuals to process vehicles entering our detail shop. Your responsibilities will include performing services like waxing and upholstery cleaning with precision and care. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you meet our service standards. We're looking for self-motivated team players with excellent customer service skills to help us deliver The Ultimate Express Detail Experience to every customer.
